Be My Valentine? - Lookbook -

Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be!

Check out my first ever youtube video above!

Hello to my quirky fam!

Each time I'm about to write a new blog post I feel overwhelmed with the love and support you guys shower on me through the virtual likes, comments and the progressing views up on my blog. Which in turn motivates me to work more creatively and put my soul into every bit I post online.

If you are following me on my social media, you'd already know I had this amazing opportunity to represent Splash India as their Splash Social Star, where I covered Farhan Live & The Splash India Fashion Show in CHENNAI!! ( Whaaaaat..?)
An year ago, I couldn't have thought of my life changing so drastically along with so much of warmth and respect- and its all because of you guys who keep an eye on me & love me!

Since Valentine's day is just around the corner, I thought of showing some love too with making y'all my valentine this year and sharing the perfect valentine's day lookbook according to me and my style!

So without further adieu, lets get dressed in love!

Look.1 The Lunch Date Doll

We can all agree that a valentine's look can get tacky in no time from a fashion perspective. Take cues from the first look which is all about picking the perfect chic dress and keeping the rest of the look simple and refined. Whether you're on a date with your man or out with the girls, a bright flirty dress never fails to bring up the valentine's vibe!
Here I am wearing a simple crimson red skater dress, which flatters most body types. Keeping up with the gold tones, I chose to accessorize this look with pearl drop earrings and two layer chains, one of which spells l-o-v-e!
The gorgeous cut out at the back of the dress uplifts the flirty vibe of this look. Since I needed this look to be clean and refined with no fuss, I slipped into these gorgeous nude pumps and took a matching clutch with gold cut outs to compliment the outfit. The make up look is warm toned smokey eyes and bright pink lips. Kept my hair open and natural because well, they make me feel like a doll! This look is fairly suitable for a day time event.

Don't miss out on the little nail art I tried on my nails with cute little hearts!

Look2. Tho Oh-So-Grown Up Evening Look

Pretty sequin skirts are perfect staple especially for the season of love! This look is for the grown ups who like to keep it formal with a bit of an edge. Here I am wearing a blush pink formal top paired with a midi pencil skirt with just the right amount of sequin detailing all over. I'm digging this blush pink color so much these days, super obsessed with it!

No evening date is complete without a sexy pair of shoes. There is a certain class and elegance in this outfit and I loved how I felt carrying it with these nude pumps.
This look is for those women who don't have hours to spare on a full fledged V-day look. Throw in your formal wear with a sequin skirt and a statement neck piece, just like that! and you're good to go! I love adding a bit of quirk to break the generalized norms of the fashion world and this quirky bohemian coin neck piece is all about that jazz. Lastly, I completed this look with a basic black sling to look a lot more sophisticated and put together! This outfit is perfect for an evening party where you need to look your formal best.

Some dark wine lippies, a high ponytail is all you need to add an extra edge to this look.
